Visit Bomas of Kenya during the week-end for 2 hours from 1530 hrs – 1715 hrs for traditional dances of the various Kenyan communities. There are also captivating acrobatic entertainment. The body movements and agility capture your eyes and the mind focus is on these very special African performances. Bomas of Kenya is located south west of Nairobi 10kms from the City Centre. The word ‘Bomas’ means ‘homestead’. It is a representation of Kenya’s cultural heritage. The numerous traditional songs are danced every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Similar entertainments are also held during the public holidays.
